2. Must have a history of past rents paid on time, or past homeownership
3. Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Under 15lb, breed restrictions apply.

5. A complete and accurate rental application
Rental applications need to be submitted with proof of income such as
your last two paystubs or a W-2, and photos of any pets.
Acceptance of pets is conditional, and requires a $200
nonrefundable pet fee and pet rent of $15 per month per pet.
A credit application fee of around $30 per adult applicant will be required once
an initial review of your application has been made.
